Damage During Delivery Policy
Please inspect all products and packaging immediately upon delivery.
If the product or packaging appears damaged, please take photos and videos before opening, during unpacking, and after inspection.
Any damage claim must be reported to LIONIX within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the inner packaging
- Photos and videos of the damaged product
- Delivery receipt or tracking record
- Order number or quotation reference
Claims reported after the required period may not be accepted, especially if the packaging has been discarded or the product has been used.
LIONIX will review each case and may arrange replacement parts, repair, product replacement, or freight claim support where applicable.
