Order Cancellation & Change Policy

LIONIX orders are processed based on confirmed product specifications, quotation approval, and deposit payment.

Orders may be changed or cancelled only before production has started.

Once production, material preparation, custom marking, engraving, finishing, or special procurement has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Any change request after order confirmation may affect price, production lead time, packaging, and delivery schedule.

For custom logo placement, laser weight marking, special finish, tailored rack layout, or project-based orders, all details must be confirmed before production starts.

Deposit payments are non-refundable once production or custom preparation has started.
