Custom Marking & Logo Policy
LIONIX offers custom laser weight marking and logo customization for selected products.
Available customization may include:
- Weight number marking
- Logo engraving
- Brand name placement
- Marking position
- Font style
- Custom layout for selected projects
All custom marking must be confirmed before production. The final engraving result may vary slightly depending on product shape, material, surface finish, available marking area, and production process.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted logos, text, artwork, and brand assets are accurate and legally authorized for use.
Once custom marking or engraving has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed production defect or specification error caused by LIONIX.
Additional cost and production lead time may apply for custom marking, logo engraving, special positioning, or complex artwork preparation.
