Payment & Deposit Policy

For made-to-order products, project orders, or customized products, production will begin only after quotation confirmation and deposit payment.

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, the standard payment structure is:

70% deposit before production
30% balance before shipment

The final balance must be settled before shipment, release of goods, or delivery arrangement.

Bank charges, transaction fees, exchange rate differences, and intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Orders will not be released for shipment until full payment has been received.
