Warranty Policy

LIONIX products are designed for premium residential, boutique studio, hospitality, and light commercial fitness environments.

LIONIX provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, stains, oxidation, or surface marks caused by use
• Damage caused by dropping, impact, misuse, overloading, or improper storage
• Damage caused by humidity, water exposure, chemicals, unsuitable cleaning products, or outdoor use
• Natural variation in wood grain, wood tone, texture, or pattern
• Minor color variation between production batches
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or installation
• Damage during transport if not reported within the required claim period

For warranty claims, please provide order reference, photos, videos, and a clear description of the issue.

If the issue is approved, LIONIX may offer repair guidance, replacement parts, product replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the case.

Warranty service does not include international shipping, customs duties, local taxes, installation, or third-party service costs unless specifically agreed in writing.
