Return & Refund Policy
Most LIONIX products are made to order according to the selected weight, finish, material, quantity, and customization requirements.
For this reason, customized, made-to-order, engraved, specially finished, or project-based products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference after order confirmation.
Returns or refunds may only be considered if the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, materially different from the confirmed specification, or incorrectly supplied by LIONIX.
To request a return or claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number or quotation reference
- Photos and videos of the product and packaging
- Clear description of the issue
- Delivery receipt or shipment record
If the issue is approved, LIONIX may offer repair, replacement parts, product replacement, partial refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the case.
Returned products must be unused, properly packed, and returned in their original or equivalent protective packaging unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by LIONIX.
