Production Lead Time Policy

LIONIX products are made to order.

Estimated production lead time is usually 6–12 weeks after deposit payment and final specification confirmation.

Production lead time may be longer for:

• Custom metal finishes
• PVD coating
• Special logo placement
• Laser weight marking
• Tailored rack layouts
• Large quantity orders
• Project-based orders
• Special packaging requirements

The final production schedule will be confirmed in the official quotation.

Production lead time does not include international shipping time, customs clearance, local delivery, or installation arrangement.

Delays may occur due to material availability, production scheduling, quality control, shipping conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside LIONIX’s direct control.
